The prices shown are valid only for Italy and include VAT.
Orders from outside Italy may be subject to a surcharge.
Payment can be made online using PAYPAL or by advance bank transfer. With the PAYPAL payment system, the information is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with an encryption key length equal to 128 bits, the maximum length available on the market.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay by credit card by choosing paypal as a means of payment and proceed by clicking on ‘pay by card’.
Those obliged to request an invoice must request it at the time of ordering, communicating the VAT number and the billing data. Minimum order to request an invoice 150 euros + VAT.
Art. 7 PURCHASE OF SURFBOARDS
As for the purchase of surfboards, given the extreme fragility of the same, they will be sold EXCLUSIVELY with delivery c / o Twinsbros Surfboards – Via G.Masini 3/2 – 57122 Livorno (LI) by telephone appointment. Alternatively, the customer must notify the carrier (eg forwarder / express courier / agent or third party designated by him) within 24 hours of the order for collection at the aforementioned place of delivery. The delivery date and time must be agreed. The seller is not liable for damage caused by third parties designated for collection.
In the event of shipment, the risk of loss or damage to the surfboards passes to the customer / buyer upon delivery to the carrier, without prejudice to the rights towards the carrier. In the event that the customer still decides to finalize the purchase procedure with an online order that includes surfboards, the alternative delivery method with shipment is not intended as proposed by the seller. Even in this case, the risk of loss or damage to the surfboards is transferred to the customer / buyer at the time of delivery to the carrier, without prejudice to the rights towards the latter. The seller frees himself from the obligation of delivery by handing the things back to the customer or the forwarder.
Given the characteristics and nature of the goods, the seller cannot be asked for any replacement – repair – termination of the contract – price reduction – compensation for damages also deriving from the delivery. Nor can any other action be taken against the seller who is considered precluded if proof of acceptance is not provided with specific reservation at the time of delivery. In this case the customer will not be able to benefit from the presumption of existence of the defect at the time of delivery. Therefore it is recommended to choose an INSURED SHIPPING. In case of shipment and delivery of the damaged goods upon notification to the carrier, it must be communicated by sending an email to info@twinsbros.net no later than 24 hours after receiving the package, attaching the photographic documentation of the damage, photos of the package and the parcel tag, a copy of the waybill where the signature is clearly visible, subject to the specific control referred to above. The surfboard that is damaged must be delivered to Twinsbros Surfboards – Via F. Filzi 19/4 – 57122 Livorno (LI). The seller, after taking delivery in the aforementioned manner, reserves the right to verify any possible cause of tampering, transformation, use or damage attributable to the customer once the goods have come into the customer’s possession. In this case, the customer is not entitled to a restoration, without charge, or repair or replacement, or to an adequate reduction in the price or to the termination of the contract. The customer’s right of withdrawal is always excluded for custom orders with customized measures or graphics (also intended only as a particular positioning of logos). Art. 8 SHIPMENTS
Delivery is expected within 1-2 working days from the date of payment for continental Italy, 4-6 days for Insular Italy, 5-10 days for Europe. Delivery times are indicative and in any case to be considered valid if there are no physical or structural impediments.
The customer undertakes to check at the time of delivery the exact number of packages and that the external appearance does not show signs that could preclude its content. In the case of incorrect or damaged packages, it is recommended to sign the courier’s waybill with SPECIFIC CHECK RESERVE INDICATING THE TYPE OF ANOMALY FOUND such as: damaged neck, open neck, dented neck, wet neck, neck with BRT tape , shattered neck, crushed neck, etc. etc. In any case, at the time of delivery it is recommended to always affix a signature.
